Bookings & Cancellation Policy

All appointments are booked through our third-party platform, Fresha, where booking policies are clearly outlined and must be agreed to prior to confirming your session.

Booking Confirmation & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your session and confirms your commitment to the scheduled time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment.

• If more than 48 hours’ notice is provided, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment.

• If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited.

Illness or Emergency

If you’re unwell or experience an emergency, please reschedule as soon as possible via Fresha. In some cases, a credit note may be issued and will remain valid for six months, at our discretion.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. If significant time is lost, we may need to reschedule and the deposit may be forfeited.

Payment

Remaining balances are due at the time of your appointment. Product purchases can be made through the website or in-clinic.
